• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 7–10 business days. International timelines vary by courier and destination.
• Tracking: Once shipped, our After Sales Team will share your tracking number for real-time updates.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 4 days of delivery with photo and video evidence. We'll promptly assist with a replacement, repair, or refund. Our After Sales Team is here to help!

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. Please review all images and details shared by our Sales and After Sales Teams before confirming your order.

In rare cases where a product is completely unusable due to production or shipping damage, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Please report such issues within 4 days of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
